You can't really see her expression as she has her back turned to the PCD, but she apparently gathers some snow that she crushes on her chest.

There is a happy sigh, and a moan of what sounds like intense pleasure before the feed cuts off abruptly.]

[With a grin, Ranma 'tapped' into the Gekkaja and coats his Ki with the energies in the staff that was in his Ki pocket. He would have actually used the Soul of Ice like he had promised, but it was literally impossible for him to do so right now with all of the confusing and conflicting feelings in his head, which heated up his Ki.
