Back from hiatus as of September 5, 2012.

Hinata's Dreamscape will resemble the Hyuuga Compound in Konoha. It is, basically, an enormous, almost labyrinthic complex made of traditional Japanese-style houses with courtyards, shouji doors and fusuma.

Each door will lead to different memories.

[Hinata is running towards a burning building. Her Byakugan is engaged, the chakra paths around her eyes standing out. She stops in front of the building, grits her teeth, then moves away at a fast pace. She still looks determined, but also quite upset.

Whoever was in there, she was too late, and retrieving the body is impossible with the strange fire.

She suddenly stops in the middle of the street and closes her eyes for a second, then takes off to the right. The feed switches to audio only as she does.]

D-Dont move! I'll get you out of here. J-Just stay very, very still!

[The feed switches off.]

((OOC : If you have a character which needs to be rescued and you haven't found a rescuer for them, feel free to say that it's them Hinata just unearthed. If everyone's accounted for, it'll be a NPC.))

[Hinata missed Christmas last year cuz she had no idea of what it was and that people were supposed to give gifts. This time around, she wants to be prepared.

When the feed catches her, she's on her bed, with various scraps of fabric in different colors. Most of them are small, and she used a kunai to cut off the most damaged parts, and now she's busy sewing some of them together.

On her bed is also some of the multicolor wool that she exchanged for something else earlier in the year. Some paper has been assembled in a pile on the nightstand.

Then, Hinata sees the red light on the PCD, and yelps, and jumps to switch it off.

You might have heard an inelegant 'boom' as she more or less feel off the bed in a hurry to do this.]

[Having seen some gravestones that she would rather not have seen, Hinata has been staying inside as much as possible. Unfortunately, she and Raven have animals to feed, and she's decided to brave the garden for a few minutes to cut some fresh leaves and branches for Xavier, Alice's bunny. It's just a moment, get out, cut branches with kunai, get back in. It should be alright.

Right?

Of course it's not. It takes maybe thirty seconds before the fog rolls around her and the hallucination starts.]

... Hizashi-jisama? Otou-sama ? Okaa-sama ? ... N-Neji-niisan?

... H-Hanabi! Hanabi! W-Wake up! Hanabi! HANABI!

[Hinata falls to her knee, branches and kunai forgotten, the vision tearing a scream raw with pain from her chest.]

G-Gomen nasai ... Gomen nasai ... Gomen nasai ...

((OOC : Coming close to her will let you see the lovely vision that made her break down.))

Raven-san ...


P-Please come home. If you don't, I'll have to come and get you.

[Hinata hadn't planned on going to the carnival on her own, exactly. It seems the carnival sort of sneaked up on her, so she stopped at a booth where a game of cups and balls is currently taking place. Hinata isn't the one playing, someone else seems to have paid for a turn and is repeatedly losing.

Hinata's Byakugan is engaged as she watches, the veins around her eyes standing out in sharp relief under the skin and her pupils slightly outlined.

After the player loses for the third time in a row, she seems to gather her courage and pipes up at the booth handler.]

Y-you shouldn't cheat. I-It's not fair.

[Both the player and the booth handler look at her with wide eyes, and she takes a step back, but explains anyway.]

The ball isn't under any of those. It's in his pocket.

[The player knocks down all the cups to see that, indeed, the ball isn't under any of them. The feed cuts off as he gets up, glowering at the booth handler as Hinata backs away.]

[Hinata is in her bedroom, sitting cross-legged on her bed with a cup of tea, and watching the storm in progress outside. She looks a bit jumpy, not scared, just unsettled when there's lighting and thunder.

She takes a sip of her tea, and sighs.]

I-I hope the animals at the shelter are okay ...

J-Joutarou-san? Do you need help with them?
